The 14-day Pilot proves one process on your own data before you commit to a build. We set up one process on one channel, for example WhatsApp lead replies, in a sandbox, run it against real cases with your team, and measure the result against a baseline. It costs AED 7,500, credited in full against any package signed within 30 days.
We agree the process, the success measure and the current numbers: response time, hours, errors or conversions.
The agent or workflow is set up on your real data, with the approvals and hand-overs your team wants.
Your team tries to break it with real past cases, in Arabic and English, and we tune it.
The pilot runs on live or replayed cases while we record the numbers against the baseline.
A before-and-after report and a clear recommendation: build, change or stop.
